The Green Bay Packers moved on from Aaron Rogers about 15 months ago. Instead of faltering like many naysayers said they would, the Packers are feeling confident in their ability to actually compete for a Championship in 2024.
Meanwhile, the Jets look to do the same with a healthy Aaron Rodgers. It will be an interesting year for New York (to say the least), however, it may have just gotten even more intriguing.
Former Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers Is All Out Of Excuses

According to Sayre Bedinger of FanSided:
There are no more excuses for Aaron Rodgers in the 2024 season. The grass was supposed to be so much greener when Rodgers left the Green Bay Packers for the New York Jets, but he unfortunately suffered a season-ending injury in his first game last year as a Jet.
After a disappointing final season in Green Bay and an injury-shortened year in 2023, the stars are aligned for Rodgers to have a big-time comeback year in 2024.
ESPN’s Mike Clay ranked every roster in the NFL and the New York Jets were on the very top of his list, somewhat surprisingly. The Jets had the same overall roster ‘grade’ as the San Francisco 49ers, but were ranked first overall. The Packers ranked 12th, in case you were wondering.
But the Jets ranking first overall in roster quality compared to the entire NFL puts the pressure squarely on Aaron Rodgers. With such a talented team around him, Rodgers has no excuses not to go out there this season and help the Jets end the longest playoff drought currently in the NFL.
He has no excuse not to go out and win NFL Comeback Player of the Year. Rodgers doesn’t have the excuse of not being able to pick his coaches or teammates. He has no excuse of not being able to hand-craft his situation.
Is It Super Bowl Or Bust For The New York Jets And Aaron Rodgers?

Rodgers is 40-years-old. He’ll be 41 by the end of the 2024 season. While he has stated he still wants to play multiple years in this league, time is of the essence.
The Jets brought Rodgers in specifically because they felt they had a championship roster outside of the quarterback position. 2023 was a wash, but expectations are sky high for the Jets in 2024.
Additionally, the AFC East feels winnable. The Bills lost multiple veterans on both sides of the ball, including Stefon Diggs and Micah Hyde. The Dolphins stayed fair stagnant this off-season and failed to seriously address their offensive line woes. The Patriots could very well be rolling with a rookie quarterback week one.
It’s all in front of the Jets.
