For the very first time Green Bay will be traveling to London, England as part of the NFL’s international series of games headlining the 2022-2023 season. This will be a part of a five team series featuring Mexico, England, and Germany.
A statement from @packers President/CEO, Mark Murphy.

International Series:
For years, Packer fans from overseas have clamored for a game to be played across the pond, now their wish has finally been granted. The other four teams competing will be the New Orleans Saints, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Arizona Cardinals. No word has been given on who their opponent will be but by process of elimination we have two ideas.
Can't imagine the Packers would want to lose a home game against the Cowboys, Patriots or Rams in London.
Best options for opponent: Giants, Jets or Titans.

Zach makes a great point here. Home games against the Cowboys, Patriots, and Rams will all bring in major revenue in Green Bay. The least revenue friendly teams traveling to Green Bay would be the Giants, Jets, or Titans.

Green Bay will be the final team to have played in London. It was a bit surprising to see Green Bay give up a home game. However because Green Bay has 9 home games this year, the city of Green Bay won’t be losing any extra revenue.
Some Packer players also took to social media to make their excitement known such as WR Allen Lazard, OLB Rashan Gary, and QB Kurt Benkert. The graphic posted by the team’s Twitter used the Beatles’ iconic Abbey Road album cover and used Rashan Gary (George Harrison), followed by Aaron Jones (Paul McCartney), Jaire Alexander (Ringo Starr), and David Bakhtiari (John Lennon), led in front by HC Matt LaFleur.
The game’s venue, date, time, and opponent have yet to be announced. Overall though, this gives any and all overseas Packer fans the opportunity to see their team live in their own country which is absolutely fantastic. As anyone knows, Green Bay’s fanbase reaches far beyond Wisconsin. To have this opportunity is an experience for the overseas fans as well as the Packers franchise as a whole.
