The Milwaukee Bucks and the Utah Jazz were 1-6 entering Thursday night’s matchup. This was a must-win game for Milwaukee to try and get themselves back on track. The game was close in the first half, but the Bucks pulled away in the second half and won over the Jazz by a final score of 123-100.
With the win, the Bucks improved to 2-6 on the season and the Jazz dropped to 1-7. There would have been a massive backlash from this fanbase had they lost on Thursday night.
Milwaukee Bucks Fans Relieved About the Win Against the Utah Jazz
With the win, the Bucks fans are relieved for now from the losing streak. One of the changes that head coach Doc Rivers made was to insert Andre Jackson Jr. into the starting lineup over Gary Trent Jr. This turned out to be a good move for the Bucks. Here is what the fans said after the win against the Jazz:
Good win. Definitely needed. Time to string some victories together now!

Doc Rivers helping his team gut out a home win as a ten-point favorite. COY.. I hope he also runs for office as a Democratic candidate some day…

This fanbase is finally happy they won a game, but they will need to string some wins together now. The Milwaukee Bucks play again on Friday night against the New York Knicks.
Game Stats
Damian Lillard led the Milwaukee Bucks in scoring with 34 points. To no surprise, Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded another double-double with 31 points and 16 rebounds. The problem has not been them. It has been the supporting cast outside of those two players. AJ Green stepped up off the bench with 12 points and two assists.
Collin Sexton led the Utah Jazz in scoring with 14 points. It appears as if the Jazz’s number one goal for this season is tanking for Cooper Flagg.
