Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love left the game on Sunday with a groin injury against the Jacksonville Jaguars and he did not return. Malik Willis came in relief for Love and was able to deliver another win for the Packers.
This is the third time this season that Willis was able to lead the Packers to a win with Love being sidelined. Green Bay (6-2) will be facing the Detroit Lions (6-1) on Sunday.
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero Provides Positive Update For Green Bay Packers Quarterback Jordan Love
For the second time this season, the Packers avoided another doomsday scenario with their star quarterback. According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, an MRI confirmed optimism about Love’s status: he’ll be day-to-day and has a shot to play on Sunday.
This is good news for the Packers. However, it will be interesting to see if Jordan Love will be at practice on Wednesday for the Packers or not.

Glad he avoided disaster. One of the most exciting QBs that NFL fans are lucky to watch every Sunday

Great news! The Lions are the true test of this season. The Packers will need to be flawless.

If he’s not 100% don’t even play him. Need pookie for the run after the bye week

Good to her but we got a healthy Malik than can move around the pocket and run for a first down when needed. Let him rest and see if he good to go after the bye week.

I think it’s best to sit Love as much as it hurts to do against Detroit but it gives him 2 weeks to get better with the bye.

The Packers will be on a bye week after the Detroit Lions game. Their next game after that will be on November 17 against the Chicago Bears.
