The Milwaukee Bucks’ early exit from the NBA Playoffs this season has a few members of the 2022-23 team looking for jobs this season. The Bucks fired head coach Mike Budenholzer, and star Giannis Antetokounmpo is evidently looking for employment in the NFL.
The Bucks came into the playoffs this April owning the number-one seed in the Eastern Conference. They wound up losing in five games to the Miami Heat. (The Heat have since gone on to the Eastern Conference Finals.) The Bucks were expected to reach the conference finals at least this year. Giannis recently made a humorous video about the long offseason on his social media.

Giannis Antetokounmpo would play for the Green Bay Packers
On Giannis Instagram account, played a game where users could predict their NFL future. The Green Bay Packers logo came up for Giannis. Giannis then left a message that could put the Packers’ quarterback room on notice:
“I’m taking my talent to the Green Bay Packers. If you need a Quarter Back I’m available for the next couple of months. I got nothing going on [laughing emoji],” Giannis wrote.
.@packers, got room for a new QB on your roster? 😂 (via @Giannis_An34) pic.twitter.com/GYqHkr1nMg

The Packers roster is a little full at quarterback right now, Giannis. The Packers plan to give fourth-year NFL quarterback Jordan Love the starting job this fall. The Packers recently drafted Sean Clifford to compete with Danny Etling for the right to back up Love.
Giannis probably wouldn’t make the best quarterback. That takes years of practice to achieve the skill to be an NFL quarterback. His fame might be more friendly to another, more physical football position. However, he probably couldn’t come anywhere close to his $45.6 million annual salary at that kind of football position. That pay is reserved for elite quarterbacks. But I’d love to see a tape of Giannis trying out for a Packers quarterback position.
