This offseason, Za’Darius Smith made a lot of noise about how displeased he is with the Packers. The one-sided bad blood has spilled over into the games. For the Week 17 game, Smith refused to shake hands with the other captains. After he was completely shut down during the game, he immediately ran to the tunnel and didn’t shake anyone’s hand. Today, Packers offensive tackle David Bakhtiari trolled Smith on Instagram.

David Bakhtiari Subtly Trolls Za’Darius Smith
After most games, Bakhtiari posts something on Instagram with a library of photos. This was his newborn’s first game and he made a point to call it out. However, there was one picture that definitely wasn’t an accident. One of the photos is Bakhtiari completely locking down Smith. Most of the in-game photos are just of him. You can tell there are Vikings players around but no one specific. This is the only one that singles out a certain player.
Different Story From Week 1
David Bakhtiari didn’t play in week 1. Neither did Elgton Jenkins. It definitely had an effect on the game. In week 17, we got to see the elite play of the offensive line when everyone is healthy. Za’Darius Smith is having a great year. He has been a highly productive pass rusher for the Minnesota Vikings. Against the Packers, he got nothing. He was a complete non-factor. As the Packers look to sneak into the playoffs, the health of the offensive line is a key to success.
As a Packers fan, this subtle troll by Bakhtiari is excellent. It is even better that it is towards Smith who has been acting like a toddler about being let go from the Packers. The Packers have one more win to get into the playoffs. Sunday night against the Lions will be a similar test as the Lions’ pass rush has been highly effective this year.

Don’t understand why Smith is acting like that with the other players when it Packer upper management that decided to release him.
