The Green Bay Packers should add a weapon at wide receiver if they move forward with Jordan Love
The Green Bay Packers are awaiting the decision of quarterback Aaron Rodgers as the New York Jets are making a strong push to land the future hall of fame. And as each day goes by, it’s more and more likely Jordan Love will be the starter this year.
But can the Packers get Love some help?
With Buffalo Bills receiver Stefon Diggs tweeting out a cryptic tweet, some have speculated that he could potentially be traded. I’ll say that’s just SPECULATION at this point but LastWordOnSports believes that the Packers could be a destination for Diggs:
Chances are, the Green Bay Packers are going to spend the 2023 campaign figuring out what they have in Jordan Love. Nobody knows if Love will be a worthy heir to Aaron Rodgers, but the best way to increase his odds of long-term success is to give him a great playmaker. Stefon Diggs did wonders for Josh Allen’s development, so hopefully, he can do the same for Love.
Green Bay were one of five teams mentioned in the article of teams that make the most sense for Diggs if he was traded. They do make sense as it would help give Love a big target early on in his career to pair with Christian Watson and any other additions they make.
Now, this is speculation and nothing shows that the Bills will trade him but it’s still fun to think about how Diggs could instantly improve the Packers offense.
