The Marquette Golden Eagles are 5-0 to start the 2024-2025 college basketball season. Marquette looks like one of the best teams in college basketball, and they are back in the Top 10 rankings. It is possible that the Golden Eagles could be a Top 10 team all season in college basketball.
Even with the departure of Tyler Kolek and Oso Ighodaro, they look stronger this season with Kam Jones leading the way. Head coach Shaka Smart has built a strong culture within this basketball program.

There are always uniforms that teams have not worn in a while. On Monday, the Golden Eagles Twitter page posted photos of past players wearing gold uniforms. Jimmy Butler was one of the players who wore the jersey during that time.

No Marquette Golden Eagles fans are upset over this post on the social media page. The interesting thing is, when will Marquette wear these jerseys? Could they be wearing them for the home game on Saturday, December 7 against the Wisconsin Badgers? It remains to be seen when they will wear them, but it may occur this season.
