The upcoming Week 15 showdown between the Green Bay Packers and the Denver Broncos at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver can be viewed as a proverbial matchup of great offense against a great defense.
With Jordan Love leading the offense, Green Bay feels confident in its ability to have success on that side of the ball in Denver. At the same time, the Broncos believe in their stout stop unit.
It remains to be seen which team will come away with a win from this meeting, but at least one thing is sure in the mind of Green Bay wide receiver Christian Watson.
“It’s gonna be a playoff atmosphere, Watson told reporters recently about the matchup (via Matt Schneidman of The Athletic), “obviously a playoff-caliber defense.”
Watson could play a huge role for the Packers in breaking Denver’s defense, which is fourth in the NFL through 14 weeks in the 2025 season with just 18.1 points allowed per game.
Can Watson make a big difference for the Packers in Week 15’s game against the Broncos?

Watson has the game-changing ability to make big-gain catches, showing that aspect of his game again in Week 14’s 28-21 Packers win over the Chicago Bears at Lambeau Field, where he turned four targets into four receptions, 89 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
The former North Dakota State football star wide receiver has five touchdowns in four games, as Green Bay’s offense continues to flash a scary form.
Beating a red-hot Denver in its territory will not be an easy task for Watson and the Packers, but Green Bay surely has the weapons on both side of the ball to make that happen.
