The 15-6 Milwaukee Bucks take on the 7-15 Charlotte Hornets in Charlotte early Saturday night. (5pm Tip-off CST) It is a real quick turnaround and we now know that per reports, the Bucks plan to rest a ton of guys. (Still developing) The Bucks lead the all-time series 63-59.
Vegas has the Bucks at an 53% chance to win the game and 1.5 point favorites, down significantly from yesterday.
Who is all out?
It all make sense for Milwaukee. After a hard fought game last night against LA, this one would be nice to have but is certainly not a MUST have. Right not Giannis, Khris, Joe, Pat, and Jrue will all not play. Book Lopez also might not play. It should be pretty slim pickings.
For Charlotte it looks like LaMelo Ball and Gordon Hayward are also out. Here are some more images of tweets taken from the web to confirm what is going on. (Below)
The schedule makers continue to be kind to Milwaukee. Charlotte is also on a back-to-back, albeit they did play at home and do not need to travel. They had a tough game against Washington, winning 117-116. Because it looks like Charlotte will not have either one of their point guards available- LaMelo Ball or Dennis Smith Jr.- that would certainly help the Bucks.
The Bucks play again on Monday night. The keys for the Bucks will be to defend the three (43% defensive team shooting percentage last night against LA) and play better defense. The Bucks will need increased production from Jordan Nwora, Jevon Carter, and Wesley Matthews.
