While the season’s start wasn’t that good for the Milwaukee Bucks, there recent stretch of games have improved. This led All-Star guard Damian Lillard to drop a cold statement after his team defeated the Charlotte Hornets.

Just recently, Milwaukee triumphed over the Charlotte Hornets with a score of 125-119. The team showcased their offensive firepower, driven by stellar performances from Giannis Antetokounmpo and Lillard. Antetokounmpo recorded a double-double with 32 points and 11 rebounds, while Lillard contributed 31 points, leading the team to their fourth consecutive victory.

The game was competitive, with the Hornets initially holding their ground. LaMelo Ball delivered a remarkable performance for Charlotte, scoring a career-high 50 points, but it wasn’t enough to secure a win. Despite his efforts, including hitting six three-pointers, the Hornets struggled to close the gap in the fourth quarter. Brandon Miller also made a significant impact, adding 32 points to the Hornets’ total.

Milwaukee opened the final quarter with a strong 14-5 run, pushing their lead to 110-90. However, the Hornets fought back, and a late three-pointer from Miller brought them within two points at 121-119. The team, displaying composure, sealed the victory with key free throws from Taurean Prince and Antetokounmpo in the closing seconds.

The game featured impressive shooting from both teams, but Milwaukee’s success from beyond the arc was notable. They hit 18 of 37 attempts from three-point range, matching their season high. This shooting efficiency was crucial in maintaining their lead and ultimately clinching the win.

Milwaukee is gaining momentum, winning four straight games and six of their last seven, largely thanks to the dynamic duo of Antetokounmpo and Lillard. Their growing chemistry on the court is evident, as both players learn to complement each other’s styles.
