The Denver Broncos enter Week 15 of the 2025 NFL regular season as the top overall seed in the league. They will also be playing at home against the Green Bay Packers this coming Sunday at Empower Field. Yet, the 11-win Broncos are the underdogs heading into their matchup versus the 9-3-1 Green Bay squad.
It doesn’t matter to Denver quarterback Bo Nix, however.
“I don’t really care,” Nix told reporters (via Luca Evans of the Denver Post). “My mom thinks we’ll win. So that’s all that really matters.”
That is pure confidence from Nix, who is in his second season in the NFL. It is all warranted, though. Taken 12th overall in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft, Nix has 2,954 passing yards and 19 touchdowns with nine interceptions in 13 games so far in the 2025 campaign.
Broncos, Packers on a roll as they collide in marquee Week 15 game

After starting the season with two losses in their first three games, Denver picked things up and stitched together 10 wins in a row, with a chance to extend that to 11 on Sunday. In their most recent outing, Nix and company defeated the lowly Las Vegas Raiders on the road in Week 14, 24-17.
Still, this upcoming meeting with Green Bay will be a big test for Denver – and vice versa.
The Packers are not too shabby of late a well, as they are on a four-game winning streak and are fresh off a huge 28-21 victory at Lambeau Field over the Chicago Bears in Week 14 to snatch the No. 1 spot in the NFC North back.
