Brice Turang’s Home Debut
Turang has been making a name for himself the last week. When manager Craig Counsell told him he had made the team he was overcome with emotions and gratitude. Today, he put together an at-bat he will never forget. His parents in the crowd were shown getting emotional watching their son become just the third Brewers rookie to hit a grand slam as their forts career home run.
The fun didn’t end with the home run for Turang. He got a curtain call from the home fans at American Family Field. Additionally, Bob Uecker was able to get in on the fun as he was on call for the home run.
“Get up… get outta here… GONE!”

Brice Turang is 5 for 10 with 5 RBIs to start his MLB career. He has also stolen two bases and drawn three walks. It’s early, but he’s looking to start a Rookie of the Year campaign. He was a big part of the Milwaukee Brewers 10-0 victory over the New York Mets.
