March 30, 2023 is rapidly approaching. The significance of this date to baseball fans is that this date marks the start of the regular season. This is otherwise known as opening day! Teams have known their opponent and full schedule for quite some time, but today the game times were announced.
The Brewers and Cubs first pitch on opening day is scheduled for 1:20 PM CT.

For the second consecutive season, the Brewers will play in Chicago to begin the season. Last year the Cubs won on opening day. The following day, game two of the regular season, was postponed due to rain. Playing in Chicago in March carries a lot of weather risk and this year will be no different.
Interestingly, the Brewers and Cubs begin the 2023 season by squaring off against one another and they also play each other to end the season. In total they will play 13 games against one another. The I-94 rivalry should again provide plenty of excitement for each fan base.
