The Milwaukee Brewers are gearing up for the 2025 season with high expectations and a focus on strengthening their roster. After a solid 93-69 record in the previous season, the team aims to build on their success by addressing key areas.
With a mix of experienced veterans and promising young talent, the Brewers are still in position to make significant noise in the National League Central. However, one veteran is absolutely leading by example.

According to Brewers reporter Dominic Cotroneo:
Caught up with William Contreras in the clubhouse, he let us in on his workload.
His day generally starts around 6AM, before the clubhouse is even open … “it’s open for me.”
“Some prospects asked me ‘why are you here early?’ because I want to be one of the best in the show.”
He will generally workout for 2 hours first thing in the morning, cold/hot tub, early cage/BP work with Chourio, meetings, more stretching & therapy, and then get ready to play.
He started 119 games behind the plate last season, and expects more of the same this season.
