The Milwaukee Brewers finished 2022 86-76 but fell short of the postseason by just one game. There were many reasons for this, particularly the clubhouse shakeup following the Josh Hader trade. The failure to make the playoffs marked the end of a four-season string of postseason appearances for the Brewers. However, some MLB Network analysts Mark Feinsand and Ron Darling believe that the Brewers will return to the postseason in 2023.
MLB Network Analysts Both Believe the Brewers Will Make the 2023 Playoffs
On a recent episode of MLB Tonight, analysts Feinsand and Darling both picked the Brewers among the NL teams that missed the playoffs in 2022 to make the postseason in 2023.

The duo believe that Milwaukee’s pair of aces, Corbin Burnes and Brandon Woodruff, will be key reasons why the team will win enough games to make the playoffs next season. They also mentioned Christian Yelich perhaps returning to his 2018 and 2019 form. Finally, both analysts were very complimentary of manager Craig Counsell, who they said “always does a great job.”
