There were predictions during the offseason that Milwaukee Brewers star Christian Yelich will be remarkable this 2025 but it is yet to happen.

The 2018 MVP, who again struggled in their win against the Detroit Tigers on Tuesday after registering four at-bats, is being trolled for it.
Man Yelich is going through it right now yikes. Wonder if that back surgery screwed up his swing?

Yep. I’m done with Yelich.
The back surgery finished him. He’s hopeless

Others are being patient.

I know people are frustrated with Yelich’s “slow” start. But frankly, I’m not worried whatsoever. He’s still hitting for power, and he’s seeing the ball relatively well.
It’s a long season. He’ll be fine.

Let’s give a guy like Christian Yelich more than 17 games into a single season before we pronounce judgement on what 2025 will be. Consider how well he was hitting last season and his overall career. He’s earned a leash to get it going and I still firmly believe that he will.

Christian Yelich knows himself
Yelich is struggling so are the Brewers.
While others are already counting him out, Yelich insists he is not worried about his current season.
He explained that it is not his first rodeo.
“It’s a slow start, but I’ve been there before,” he said as quoted by MLB.com’s Adam McCalvy.

He’s been in the league since 2013, achieved almost everything except the World Series, and so, he has learned to put things into perspective.
“I was telling someone this the other day: Some years it’s like downhill skiing, nice and smooth and easy all year. You start up high and you’re there the whole time. And then other years, you’ve got a hard hat and shovel and you’re digging all season.
“They all play out differently and I know how to navigate both of them. There’s far less panic when you’ve done it for a long time. You realize how long the year is. It will turn. I’ll be fine. I’m not worried about it.”
