After ending a six game losing streak, the Milwaukee Brewers now are going for the series win vs the Marlins. After being swept by the Phillies in four games, getting back to winning sure would feel nice!
On the bump for the Brewers likely will be Brett Anderson. Anderson last pitched on April 23rd and was unable to make it out of the first inning after sustaining a hamstring injury.
In their game notes, Brewers list Brett Anderson as probable starter for Sunday.

Throughout his career, Anderson has only faced the Marlins twice. He has a 1-1 record and a 2.77 ERA in 13 innings pitched. With an off day on Monday, it will be interesting to see how far into the game Anderson will pitch.
The offense will be looking to build upon a six run game from the night prior in which they also recorded 11 hits. Kolton Wong and Avisail Garcia each had three hit games on Saturday evening that included a two run home run from Garcia.
Sunday’s game is also mothers day. It one of the most looked forward to games of the year when players break out the pink bats.
Throughout the years the Brewers have had some terrific mothers day games. Today, they will have their work cut out for them as the Marlins are sending their ace Sandy Alcantara o the mound.
In their last matchup, Alcantara went seven innings, allowed just five hits, and two eared runs against the Brewers. The game was also the rubber match in which Zack Godley had to make an emergency start. Hopefully this time we get a better result and a series win!
