Bears Vs. Packers will have interesting quarterback play
The Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers came into this week with banged-up quarterbacks. Aaron Rodgers sustained an oblique injury during the Packers’ loss to the Eagles. Justin Fields suffered a shoulder injury against the Atlanta Falcons that kept him sidelined last week. Trevor Siemian sustained an oblique injury in warm-ups against the New York Jets in Week 13. This Bears Vs. Packers matchup could be run-heavy.
According to the injury report revealed Friday afternoon, Fields and Rodgers have no designation for the game on Sunday. That means both quarterbacks should play. However, Siemian’s injury is worse than it appeared when he got the go-ahead to play the Jets last week. According to head coach Matt Eberflus, Siemian will need surgery for his oblique injury and is out for the season.
The Bears come into the matchup with a 3-9 record. The Packers are currently at 4-8. It’ll be interesting to see how aggressive both quarterbacks are in this game. Fields has liked to scramble this season. However, he might have to rely on his arm in this game. Rodgers wants to play until the team is mathematically eliminated from the Playoffs. We’ll see how he does with sore ribs and a broken thumb.

Let Jordan Love show us. Why are you hogging? We would’ve beat the Eagles if you weren’t so hard headed. Give Jordan the the opportunity.
Hats off to Rodgers playing with a broken thumb. Hope he don’t stay in too long ending his season for one game
