It was reported today that Arizona Cardinals star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins will be suspended six games in the 2022 season. He reportedly violated the NFL’s Performance Enhancing Dug policy.

The Cardinals lost WR Christian Kirk to free agency, and now lost DeAndre Hopkins for almost half the year. This gives a little insight as to why the Cardinals dealt a first round draft pick for WR Marquise Brown during the draft. DeAndre Hopkins’ appeal has officially been withdrawn, the suspension is final. Massive blow to a team that is trying to turn the corner after a dismal second half of 2021.
