In a breaking development reported by The Athletic, it appears that the Bucks sign-and-trade for Kings’ restricted free agent Bogdan Bogdanovich is in peril.

Does this mean the trade will not happen? Not necessarily. There is some speculation that this is all breaking now because free agency does not start for two more days.
Best-case scenario is this is spin because it's technically illegal for the Bucks (or any team) to be negotiating with free agents before free agency opens. I expected to have to wait days to hear about a sign-and-trade with Bogdan for that reason.
