Former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre has been one of the most polarizing quarterbacks on the field and off the field. Favre has won a Super Bowl title in his NFL career and has had other great accomplishments in football.
He also played for the New York Jets and the Minnesota Vikings. Brett Favre completed 62.0% of his passes for 71,838 yards, 508 touchdowns, and 336 interceptions.

On Tuesday, Favre was testifying at a House hearing on welfare reform. During that hearing, Favre announced that he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease.
He is 54 years old. Favre has made many questionable decisions off the field in the past but no matter how this is looked at, you have to feel bad for him that he was diagnosed with this.

It could also be true that he took too many hits to the head in his NFL career. Despite the legal issues he is facing, having Parkinson’s Disease is a very sad situation also.
