The Wisconsin Badgers have been on an absolute tear lately in the recruiting game. Earlier this week they landed their fifth player via the transfer portal. Now they could be looking at a sixth. A former Cincinnati wide receiver is visiting the Badgers this weekend. WR Quincy Burroughs announced he is in Madison this weekend.
Wide Receiver Quincy Burroughs Visiting The Wisconsin Badgers
WR Quincy Burroughs announced on January 5th that he decided to enter the transfer portal. Just a few days later he is on campus in Madison and looking to possibly join the Badgers. Here are two posts from his social media showing his arrival in Madison:

Burroughs is a former three-star prospect who signed a National Letter Of Intent to the University of Cincinnati on December 15th, 2021. He also had offers from Harvard, Princeton, Dartmouth, and Yale. Burroughs stands 6’2″ and is 202 pounds and is originally from Jacksonville, FL.
Burroughs was a true freshman in 2022 and did not appear in any games for Cincinnati last season. As a senior in high school, Burroughs caught 32 passes for 454 yards and three touchdowns. He also won a state championship in the 4×400 relay in 2021. The Badgers also recently extended an offer to Burroughs’ younger brother, Naeem Burroughs, a sought after running back in the 2026 class.
