Wisconsin earned their 15th straight win over Purdue beating them 30-13. To put in perspective, the last time Purdue beat Wisconsin, defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard was a Junior at Wisconsin.  Turnovers, turnovers, and more turnovers  The Badgers entered Saturday with the worst turnover margin in the FBS. This afternoon helped that issue. In the first half, a Graham Mertz fumble resulted in a scoop and score giving Purdue a 13-10 lead. Purdue’s first touchdown had also come off a turnover. The Green Bay Packers won an overtime thriller in Cincinnati that had everything including multiple missed field goals from both kickers, Davante Adams record breaking day receiving, and some stellar defense. The Packers defense held their own all game and in six second half possessions, the Packers only allowed one touchdown drive. With lots of injuries in the secondary, other guys had to step up. The Badgers faced off against number 12 Notre Dame and Jack Coan in a heavyweight matchup. With a chance to regain those high aspirations of the season, Wisconsin failed to capitalize on the opportunity. Once again the offense, and Mertz especially struggled all afternoon. Badger Basketball schedule is out! The Big Ten released it’s schedule for the upcoming 2021-2022 Men’s Basketball season. Wisconsin Basketball put out a tweet showing the schedule, which features a two game stint in December. For the full schedule non-conference and conference play check it out here.
