Zach Lowe of ESPN released a podcast on the 27th of September titled Friedell, Marks, and Lopez. During his discussion with fellow ESPN contributor Bobby Marks, Lowe discussed hypothetical Jae Crowder trades. Jae Crowder is very clearly on the trade block. So much so that Crowder made a public statement on twitter where he makes it known that he intends to be on a new team this upcoming season despite having one year left on his contract. ONE MUST SEEK WORK WHERE HE IS WANTED.. WHERE HE IS NEEDED.! I AM THANKFUL FOR WHAT THESE PAST 2 YRS HAVE TAUGHT…

Quick note before we begin. This is all meant in good fun and saying one player is better is not a diss to the other. Both of these men are world class basketball players and were integral pieces to an NBA Championship. If you would like to make your opinion known please vote in this poll and I will write another article when those results are in. Within the last couple weeks both ESPN and CBS Sports have released their NBA player rankings. From100-1 both sites agreed that Giannis Antetokounmpo was the best player in the league. What they did…

ESPN has been slowly releasing their NBA player rankings over the last couple days. On Friday (9/23/2022) they released their top 5. Only a couple of days after CBS Sports released their own version.  The ESPN and CBS versions featured many disagreements on player rankings. One thing was exactly the same on both though. Between ESPN, CBS Sports and even NBA 2K23 everyone seems to agree that Giannis Antetokounmpo is the best player in the league. Number One I don’t want to repeat myself so if you are interested, here were my thoughts about Giannis getting the number one rating…

The staff at cbssports.com went ahead and ranked their top 100 NBA players. You will not be surprised when you find out who number one is. Shoutout to Colins Ward-Henninger, Bill Reiter, Jack Maloney, Brad Botkin, Sam Quinn, James Herbert, Jasmyn Wimbish & Michael Kaskey-Blomain for their work putting together this list. This is content gold for the driest part of the NBA news cycle. The three bucks are of course Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday. Jrue Holiday: 25th Overall Holiday is like I have said before, the very best case scenario for a guard defender. I know…

The 2022 class of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame were (in no particular order) Swin Cash, Larry Costello, Hugh Evans, Manu Ginobili, Tim Hardaway, Del Harris, Lou Hudson, Bob Huggins, George Karl, Radivoje Korac, Theresa Shank-Grentz, Marianne Stanley and Lindsay Whalen. Congratulations the new members and their families. We here at Wisconsin Sports Heroics wanted to give a little extra shine to three members who coached the Milwaukee Bucks during  their Hall of Fame careers. Larry Costello (Bucks Coaching Record: 410-264) Costello had a very successful playing career in the NBA. He won a championship in ’67 with the…

The Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury Governor Robert Sarver has received a year long suspension and a $10 million fine. The suspension and fine come after in April of 2021 Baxter Holmes of ESPN wrote a long article filled with several allegations of misconduct by Sarver. Those allegations included saying the n-word multiple times as well making inappropriate comments about the physical appearances of females and inappropriate physical conduct toward males. The NBA’s investigation is said to have included over 320 interviews as well as the evaluation of over 80,000 documents. It sounds like that this was a thorough investigation.…

Obviously the most important part of the Bucks core is their two time MVP and one time Finals MVP, Giannis Antetokounmpo. Giannis is one of the most accomplished players in NBA history and somehow isn’t even 28 yet. The Bucks next three most important players though, Khris Middleton, Jrue Holiday, and Brook Lopez are all over 30 and make a combined $85.5 million for the 2022-2023 season.  So even though Giannis still has a bright future questions will remain about how Jon Horst will continue to build a championship competitor around their future first ballot Hall-Of-Famer. Khris Middleton Middleton is…
