The Green Bay Packers got back to their winning ways on Monday night with a 35-17 win over the Detroit Lions. After a slow start in the first half, the Packers shut out Detroit in the second half to secure their first win of the season. Next up for Green Bay is the San Francisco 49ers. It seems as though ever since the days of Colin Kaepernick, the 49ers have squeaked their way into the Packers’ schedule quite often, so it comes as no surprise we are seeing them again this year. Let’s take a look at three predictions that…

It is hard to believe but week one of the 2021 NFL season is here! The Green Bay Packers are slated to take on the New Orleans Saints for a Sunday afternoon kickoff. However, things are going to look a little different for this game. Unfortunately due to the devastation of Hurricane Ida, the Packers and the Saints will faceoff at TIAA Bank Stadium in Jacksonville for a neutral site game. This game will be the first for the Saints in the ‘Post Drew Brees ‘ era. Despite that, New Orleans still poses as a good challenge for Green Bay…

Heading into the final five games of the season, I have the Green Bay Packers sitting at 9-3. At this point, the Packers must control their own destiny and dig deep as three of their last five games are all against divisional opponents. They also complete their series against the AFC North with matchups against the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens. Similar to what I mentioned in my previous article, this quarter of the season is going to be extremely tough and crucial to make the postseason. Let’s take a look and see how the Packers will fair against their…

preseason 2 recap

For the second week in a row, the Green Bay Packers have fallen in preseason play. Their loss tonight came from the New York Jets by a score of: 23-14. Going 0-2 in the preseason is something that should not be looked into very much, nor concerning. Similar to last week, the Packers had some very positive moments to build on, but also had some things that need to be addressed heading into next week’s finale against Buffalo. Let’s take a look at tonight’s game recap: Kylin Hill Has Earned His Roster Spot Kylin Hill, Green Bay’s seventh round…

preseaon 1 recap

The Green Bay Packers fell to the Houston Texans tonight by a score of 26-7 in the first preseason game of the year. Veteran players such as Aaron Rodgers, Aaron Jones, and Randall Cobb did not suit up for this game. The main event for this evening’s game was the  debut of Jordan Love and how he would perform under the lights of Lambeau Field. At the end of the day, there were good takeaways and things that need to be improved on. The best thing to do is move on to next week and prepare for the New York…

In the first two parts of this four part series, I currently have the Green Bay Packers sitting at 6-2. The first half of the season does not appear to be overly difficult. The second half, however, looks to be very challenging. Green Bay is going to be in a dogfight starting in November and will be tested from there on out. Let’s a look at the Packers’ next four opponents and how things may play out: Week 9- Kansas City Chiefs In a Sunday night  matchup, Aaron Rodgers squares off against the phenomenal Patrick Mahomes. This will be,…

A couple of weeks ago we took a look into the first four games of the Green Bay Packers 2021 season. The next four games on the Packers schedule do not show to be any easier. Green Bay gets the daunting task of facing Joe Burrow and Kyler Murray, who are two promising young quarterbacks. On top of that, they will also square off with the defending NFC East champion Washington Football team. All of this could possibly sense trouble for the Packers. Will this be the case? Let’s find out. Week 5: Cincinnati Bengals The best way to…

At the end of the day, the Packers have 17 games that need to be played. Based on what has been transpiring in Green Bay, we are going to predict these games as if Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams will play this season. Could Billy Turner be traded

From 2020 to 2021, the Green Bay Packers advanced to consecutive NFC Championships for the first time since 1996-1997. On paper, the argument can be made that they have one of them most talented rosters in the NFL. Despite this, there are still players that did not meet expectations last season. Let’s take a look at which are due for a breakout season in 2021: 1. Preston Smith One of the most disappointing players last season for the Packers was Preston Smith. In 2019, he recorded 56 tackles and 12 sacks. However, in 2020, he only had 42 tackles…

The 2021 NFL schedule was released about two months ago. Fans have now had the chance to analyze their favorite team’s schedule to see who the opponents are. The Green Bay Packers have the AFC North and NFC West for games outside of the division this year. On paper, these are two of the toughest divisions in football, and most improved divisions as well. After taking a look at the Packers’ schedule, there are a hand full of games that I believe may be a trap game for the defending NFC North Champions. Which one are they? Let’s take a…
