Adrian Amos had a down season for the Green Bay Packers last season. He became a free agent and after the first week, still remains unsigned. He may not be unsigned for much longer. Amos is visiting the Baltimore Ravens today to see if they would be a good fit.

Adrian Amos Visiting Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens certainly have had an interesting off-season. The Lamar Jackson situation still looms but that is not stopping the team from looking to bolster its roster. The defense especially could use some help as they struggled last season and were not up to the standard the team has. Amos is a solid starter who outside of last year has been one of the best safeties in the league. He is also from Baltimore which makes the Ravens a desirable location to play.

Could He Return To The Packers
There’s always a chance but I think the Packers will move on from Amos. For one, the team does not have a lot of wiggle room in the salary cap. Bringing Amos back would further complicate things if it was a multi-year deal. The Packers may also look to be getting younger in the Jordan Love era. The win-now mentality has most likely subsided for now and the team will look to build around Love and other young players in order to make a run in a couple of years.
It would be tough to see Adrian Amos go to the Baltimore Ravens. He was a great free agent signing for the Packers. However, I also get the need to totally revamp the position after the poor play last season. The Packers continue to retool their roster as they look to take back the NFC North next season.
