The NFL is in the midst of the trade deadline and there is no shortage of breaking news. The Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings, and Chicago Bears have all made trades today. That leaves Green Bay as the only NFC North team yet to make a deal. Many Packers fans are on the edge of their seats to see what Green Bay may do. Aaron Rodgers seemed pretty relaxed while on the Pat McAfee Show regarding the trade deadline. He did, however, reveal what he wants live on the Pat McAfee Show.
Aaron Rodgers Wants The Packers To Make A Trade While He Is Live On Pat McAfee
Aaron Rodgers on the trade deadline rapidly approaching: “I was kind of hoping there might be some news during this show (@PatMcAfeeShow) that we can break. In live time, that would be pretty cool. I am not surprised we were in on Chase Claypool, we will see what happens.”
In case you missed it, the Chicago Bears edged out the Packers in trading for WR Chase Claypool. Aaron Rodgers also mentioned that he has had talks with Brain Gutekunst and Matt LaFleur over the last few weeks about the trade deadline. At the time this article is published there is about one hour remaining in the trade deadline. We will see if Green Bay pulls the trigger on a trade at the deadline. As of now WR Brandin Cooks and DJ Moore seem to be the two most likely wide receivers Green Bay could target.
