The Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets trade speculation has the NFL world glued to their computer and smartphone screens, waiting for a decision that could come at any time. While there is a vocal portion of Packers fans that want to move onto Jordan Love, there is an equally vocal portion that wants Rodgers to stay in Green Bay. Well, we can put former Green Bay Packers safety Micah Hyde among those that would like to see Rodgers not don a New York Jets uniform. The current Buffalo Bills star says such a trade would be “dangerous.”
Micah Hyde Says Aaron Rodgers Would Make the Jets Better

In an article posted on Bills Digest by Harrison Reno, Hyde is quoted as saying:
“Playing against him is going to be tough. When Aaron Rodgers steps in that locker room with the Jets, if it happens, he’s going to give that whole team confidence. They’re all going to get better because of it.
“Defensively, they’re a very good team and they have weapons on offense, so once he steps in the room, it’s going to give all of them confidence. That’s a dangerous thing.”
The Jets certainly do seem to be a quarterback (and an offensive lineman or two) away from being serious contenders in the AFC. They boast the Offensive Rookie of the Year in Garrett Wilson, who had 83 receptions for 1,103 yards and four touchdowns with mediocre/poor quarterbacks. The Jets also have Breece Hall at running back, who was exciting before his season-ending injury.
Perhaps Rodgers is the missing piece for that Jets team. Micah Hyde seems to think so.
