Early in the 2022 NFL off-season, the Packers made a shocking move by trading Davante Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders. Reports have come out that Aaron Rodgers knew the likelihood of this even before signing his extension. With that being said, Rodgers still had hope that Adams would choose to stay in Green Bay:
Aaron Rodgers on losing Davante Adams: "I thought based on the number we offered Davante and being able to play with me for a few more years would definitely make a difference, but in the end he was ready to move on."
*play with me for a few more years* seems noteworthy

What to do at wide receiver?
The second round is littered with talent at the wide receiver position. However Green Bay may need to trade up to get someone, and Brian Gutekunst knows that:
Gutey on Day 2: “Hopefully we’ll have a chance to move around…”

Aaron Rodgers also had his own comments about what Green Bay could do:
Aaron Rodgers to @PatMcAfeeShow last night: “There are some veteran guys (at WR) out there that could be possibilities.”

Either way, wide receiver figures to be a focus point today.
