Aaron Rodgers appears to be having a lot of fun on the east coast during his first offseason in New York and recently got a little carried away by providing some fake news this Memorial Day weekend. NFL fans called him on it on social media.
Rodgers wasn’t the only NFL athlete enjoying the weekend. The Green Bay Packers had Jordan Love and Christian Watson go viral for photos of them partying it up in the late spring sun. It was an excellent time to relax before another hard week of OTAs. But Rodgers couldn’t keep his focus on the Taylor Swift concert he was attending.
A video surfaced of Rodgers at the concert with confetti falling all around him. Miles Teller joked about the Super Bowl, and Rodgers yelled, “The Jets won the Super Bowl.”

Fans react to Aaron Rodgers claiming to win the Super Bowl
Obviously, the New York Jets did not win the Super Bowl this weekend since it’s May. Teller and Rodgers were attempting humor that just fell flat. Fans reacted to their joke on Twitter. Here are the best takes of Rodgers claiming to win a Super Bowl with the Jets.
