Before Wednesday Night game in Indiana Jrue Holiday has never had a 50 point Game in his Career. His Career High in a game was 40 which He had last month against Boston on February 14th, 2023 in a Overtime win. Jrue Holiday had  it cooking early tonight scoring 17 of his 27 1st half points in the second Quarter. That’s the Most points scored in any half in his Career.  Then scored 24 more in the second half to have a  50 point  game for the 1st time in his 14th Year NBA career. Jrue and Giannis scored or assisted on 71 of the 73 teams points in the 1st half.

Under the Radar tonight Giannis Antetokounmpo completed his fastest Triple Double in his Career getting it with 6:59 remaining in 3rd quarter on his 10 assist of the game. He almost had it at halftime 20 points, 10 Rebounds, and 9 assists. His 5th Triple Double this season scoring 38 points, 17 Rebounds, and 12 assists. Jrue and Giannis lead the  Milwaukee Bucks  improve to 55-21 with a  149-136  win Against Indiana Pacers  in Indiana Wednesday night. 50 point Games isn’t anything new for the Bucks this season

Game was a little Chippy and physical:

Bucks and Pacers both committed a Flagrant foul and combined for 4 technical fouls. Bucks had 3 of them  including Giannis in the 1st quarter.  When Giannis thought He got pushed in the back going for a Alley oop pass by Jrue Holiday with 8:10 remaining in 1st quarter.Thankfully His Brother Thanasis Antetokounmpo was able to calm his little brother down on the bench, so He could remain in the game and dominate.

Bobby Portis with just two seconds left in the 3rd quarter committed a Flagrant 1 foul with a accidental elbow on Aaron Nesmith.  Both teams combined for 43 fouls Bucks 18, and Indiana 25 team fouls. Resulting in 52 combined Free Throw attempts. 

Jrue Holiday became the 6th player in Franchise History with a 50 point Game:

With his 1st 50 point Game tonight Jrue Holiday joins 5 different Bucks legends to score at least 50.  The Names are  Michael Redd, Giannis Antetokounmpo, ,Brandon Jennings, Kareem Abdul -Jabbar, Khris Middleton. Michael Redd still holds the  Bucks record for most points scored in a single game with 57 points (November 11th, 2006 vs Utah Jazz). Giannis  tied Brandon Jennings and Kareem for 2nd biggest scoring performance for Bucks with 55 points (January, 3rd, 2023 Vs Washington Wizards).

Khris Middleton had 51 points  January 28th, 2020 Vs Washington Wizards. Jrue Holiday 51 points March 29th, 2023 Vs Indiana Pacers. Becoming the 6th player in Bucks Franchise History to have a 50 point Game.

Giannis Antetokounmpo: 38 points, 14/18 FG, 17 Rebounds, 12 assists.

Brook Lopez:  21 points, 9/14 FG, 8 Rebounds, 1 assist, and 3 Blocks.

Bobby Portis: 12 points, 5/7 FG, 1-1 3PT, 8 Rebounds.

Bucks as a team shot a unbelievable 62.4% (58/93) FG. 10-25 from 3 PT range (40%). Free throw Line Bucks were 22-30 (76.7.% ) Scored a incredible  86 points in the paint and Out Rebounded Indiana 52-29.

Giannis and Jrue are 1 of 3 pairs of teammates in NBA history who have combined for 85+ PTS, 25+ REB, and 20+ AST in a game. With the win Bucks are now 3 games up on Boston for the top seed in the Eastern Conference standings with 6 games to Play.

What’s Next for Bucks:

Bucks have a Huge Playoff implications game against the Boston Celtics at Fiserv Forum Thursday night at 6:30 PM. If Bucks find a way to Beat Boston magic Number will be 2 which they will pretty much lock up the #1 seed. This game will also decide a tiebreaker in the season series between them. So this game is pretty critical for both especially Boston hopes of having Home Court Advantage throughout the whole Playoffs.
