The Packers defeated the Bucs 14-12 on Sunday afternoon. It was a great win for the team though there is plenty to work on. For the first two drives, the offense was banging on all cylinders. After that drive, the offense struggled. Here are 3 important comments from Aaron Rodgers‘ postgame press conference.
Aaron Rodgers Comments On Left Tackle Rotation
Aaron Rodgers on the rotation at left tackle: "I didn't really notice anything. It felt like it was an interesting idea. It obviously worked out, I mean, Dave looked like he felt good."

David Bakhtiari was back but in a limited fashion. He and Yosh Nijmen took turns at left tackle throughout the game. For many teams, the constant switched of such an important piece can have a negative affect on the team. Aaron Rodgers was asked about the rotation and he said that he “didn’t really notice anything”. He went on to talk about how good Bakhtiari looked. This could have gone very wrong but it helps that Nijmen has been really good this season.
Aaron Rodgers Praises The Defense In Press Conference

The defense clearly won the day. The offense could not put Tampa Bay away and there were many opportunities for the Bucs to try and score. The defense always slammed the door shut on any opportunity. Whether it was forcing turnovers or three and outs, the defense stepped up to the plate. While the defense gave up the touchdown at the end, they locked it down for the two point conversion. Rodgers likes his chances if the defense holds the other team to 12 points. “We’re probably going to win those games” was Rodgers comment when asked about the defense. Rodgers likes his chances to score more than 12 points in a game.
Aaron Rodgers Comments on De’Vondre Campbell

Campbell made the biggest play of the game deflecting the pass on the two point conversion try. Aaron Rodgers raved about Campbell. “He is a special player” was Rodgers comment. He went on to talk about how a couple of years ago, Campbell was a late free agent signing as nobody wanted him. In Green Bay, he has transformed into an All-Pro linebacker. Rodgers also talked about how cool it was to see him come into his own as a leader. Packers fans everywhere are just as happy as Rodgers about Campbell’s development.
Aaron Rodgers had one other interesting comment postgame on the field about the Jumbotron. He did not say much in the press conference. Aaron Rodgers always has interesting comments in postgame press conferences especially after a big win.
