The 2023 NBA Draft will take place on Thursday, June 22 at the United Center in Chicago. The Milwaukee Bucks do not own a first-round pick, but they own the 58th overall pick in the second round.

It is very possible that the Bucks decide to not keep this pick, as a lot of teams usually don’t keep their second-round picks. However, if Milwaukee does decide to keep this selection, what would general manager Jon Horst potentially do with this selection?

2023 NBA Draft: Who Will the Milwaukee Bucks Pick at No. 58?

    Oscar Tshiebwe (F/C, Kentucky)

The Milwaukee Bucks could very well potentially lose Brook Lopez in free agency during the offseason at the center position. Oscar Tshiebwe was a beast on the boards in college at the University of Kentucky. He could help the Bucks right away, but also needs some time to develop.

Not many second-round picks are contributing right away at the NBA level, but the Bucks are looking to inject some youth into their lineup. They do need center help and also help at the power forward position despite having Bobby Portis around. Oscar Tshiebwe is projected to be a late second-round pick in the 2023 NBA Draft, so landing in a stable organization like Milwaukee would be ideal.

    Jaylen Clark (G – UCLA)

The Milwaukee Bucks are deep at guard but it wouldn’t be a bad thing to add another and have him develop. Jaylen Clark is a very versatile guard, who is very good on the defensive end of the floor.. Most importantly, Clark is an excellent team player.

The downside to Clark is that he is coming off an unclear Achilles injury, that he sustained in March while playing for UCLA.

    Adam Flagler (G – Baylor)

Adam Flagler was one of the best players on the Baylor Bears a season ago. If he is going to have a good NBA career it’ll because of his scoring off the bench. The Milwaukee Bucks love to have scoring depth on their roster.

Flagler has a very quick release on his shot. He would be a nice addition through the 2023 NBA Draft for this basketball team.
