Giannis Antetokounmpo collected his 32nd career triple-double in the Bucks win over Miami on Saturday night. The triple-double tied Giannis with Rajon Rondo for 13th place on the all-time NBA list for most career triple-doubles. Russell Westbrook tops the list with 198 career triple-doubles.

The Bucks have now won 10 straight games when Giannis has a triple-double. He had his first triple-double on February 22, 2016.

Here are 15 stats you may not know about Giannis’ 32 career triple-doubles:

One: Giannis scored 30+ points in 12 of his triple-doubles, 20-29 points in 15 of them, and in five he scored less than 20 points. The most points he scored in a triple-double is 36 (Feb. 15, 2018 vs. Denver); the fewest he scored in a triple-double was 10 points (April 10, 2017 vs. Charlotte).

Two: He has three triple-doubles this year. The most he’s had in a season is seven in the 2020-21 campaign. Second most was five in 2015-16 and 2018-19.

Three: In 21 of his 32 triple-doubles Giannis has shot 50.0% or better from the field.

The Bucks have a .875 winning percentage when Giannis Antetokounmpo gets a triple-double

Four: The Bucks are 28-4 (.875 winning percentage) in games where Giannis has a triple-double. The four losses were to Denver, Miami, and twice to Oklahoma City.

Five: If you want to see Giannis get a triple-double, make sure you watch on a Wednesday. He has had seven triple-doubles in Wednesdays, most of any day of the week. He has had six on Mondays, and five each on Sundays, Thursday and Fridays.

Six: Giannis has gotten 20 of his 32 triple-doubles at home.

Seven: Giannis has had the most triple-doubles at age 26, with seven. He had six when he was 21, second-most of his career.

February is Giannis’ best month to get a triple-double

Eight: February is a great month for Giannis getting a triple-double (there’s a lot left of February this year!). In his career he has eight triple-doubles, most in his career. Second most is six in January.

Nine: In 17 of his 32 triple-doubles Giannis shot 70% of higher from the free throw line.

Ten: Giannis has collected a triple-double against 20 of the 29 other NBA teams. He has three triple-doubles against Miami, the New York Knicks, and Washington. He has two against Brooklyn, Houston, Indiana, Oklahoma City, Orlando, and Portland. He has yet to get a triple-double against Atlanta, Boston, Cleveland, Dallas, L.A. Clippers, Memphis, Phoenix, San Antonio, and Utah.

Eleven: In four of Giannis’ 32 triple-doubles he has played less than 30 minutes. He has played 40 or more minutes in six of the 32.

Twelve: Giannis’ high in rebounds in a triple-double is 21; the most assists he had in a triple-double is 15.

Thirteen: The fewest field goal attempts Giannis had in a triple-double was eight. He went seven-for-eight from the field in his triple-double vs. Indiana on Feb. 3, 2021. He had 21 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists in that game.

Fourteen: Giannis leads the Bucks franchise with his 32 triple-doubles. The Bucks team has a total of 84 triple-doubles; the other 22 Bucks players who had a triple-double have combined for 52 triple-doubles. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is second on the Bucks’ list with eight triple-doubles.

Giannis has yet to get a ‘clean’ triple-double

Fifteen: Giannis has never had a triple-double with no turnovers. The fewest turnovers he had in a triple-double was one. That happened on Feb. 22, 2016 when he had 27-12-10 in a triple-double vs. the Lakers.
